My son got hit by another kid with a board right on the pocket holding his cell phone.
It is a razr.
I don't even know how to ask them to give him a new one.
We are paying for the warranty.
What should I do?

call lockline..number is 1-888-562-8662. Just tell them u lost it. If u tell them its damaged they might want it sent in to repair. They will charge u a 50 replace fee and send the new one in a couple of days. It is pretty easy and straight forward..Hope it helps :-)
